How do I book an appointment?

Is a deposit required to secure my booking?
Yes. To confirm your session and reserve your therapist’s time, a deposit is required for every booking. The balance can be paid via Cash, Transfer, or POS upon completion of your service.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that emergencies happen. However, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to adjust our therapists’ schedules accordingly.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome at our Ikeja sanctuary, subject to therapist availability. To guarantee your preferred time slot and avoid waiting, we highly recommend booking in advance.
Is there an extra charge for late-night appointments?
Yes. We offer late-night sessions for your convenience. Please note that appointments scheduled after 9:00 p.m. incur an additional 15% service charge to ensure the safety and transport of our staff.

Yes, we bring the sanctuary to you! Our Premium Home Service is available across Lagos. Please note that home service attracts additional charges based on your location.
