Policies & Client Guidelines
At LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA, our policies are designed to ensure smooth operations, professionalism, and a relaxing experience for every client. Kindly review the guidelines below before booking your appointment.
1. General Rules
Booking Policy
- All services require advance booking.
- Walk-ins are welcome (but subject to availability.)
- 50 percent deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Payment Completion
- Spa Services: Remaining balance must be paid in full before the session begins.
- Home Services: Remaining balance is paid before service begins.
Payment Channels
- All payments must go directly to LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA company accounts.
- Clients are not allowed to pay therapists directly.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Late cancellations or no-shows without communication for two weeks will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- Clients may transfer booked services to another person if they are unable to attend.
- Grace period of two weeks for rescheduling bookings before deposit is forfeited.
Voucher & Package Policy
- Vouchers for unrendered services have a grace period of 1 month before they are forfeited.
Purpose
- Ensures financial transparency, proper documentation, and accountability for both clients and spa.
Client Hygiene & Health Disclosure
- All health conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or sensitivities must be disclosed.
- The spa may decline service if medical concerns pose a risk.
2. Home Service Client Policy
(For clients booking home appointments)
Booking & Payment
- Home services are strictly by appointment only.
- 50 percent deposit is required to secure booking.
- Remaining balance is to be paid immediately before service begins.
- All payments must go directly to the company account; clients are not allowed to make cash payments or transfers to therapists.
Client Readiness
Clients must be fully prepared and ready at the scheduled appointment time. Session timing begins immediately upon the therapist’s arrival, and any delay on the client’s part will be deducted from the booked treatment duration.
Environment & Safety
- Clients must provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
- Any harassment, unsafe behavior, or misconduct will result in immediate session termination without refund.
- The spa reserves the right to cancel or discontinue service if safety is compromised.
Service Transfer & Cancellation
- Clients may transfer a booked service to another person if they cannot receive it themselves; the spa must be notified in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows without communication for two weeks will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- Grace period of two weeks for rescheduling before deposit is forfeited.
Transportation
- Charges may apply depending on location and will be communicated before confirmation.
