1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, making payment, or receiving services from LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Policies & Client Guidelines and Privacy & Cookies Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you should not proceed with booking or using our services.
2. Scope of Services
LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA provides wellness, beauty, spa, and related treatment services, including services delivered at our premises and home service appointments where available.
All services are provided subject to availability, therapist assignment, scheduling, client suitability, and payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue any service where necessary for safety, health, operational, or professional reasons.
3. Booking Policy
All services require advance booking.
Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability.
A 50 percent deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Bookings are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and acknowledged by LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA.
We do not guarantee appointment availability until a booking has been successfully confirmed by the company.
4. Payment Terms
Spa Services: Remaining balance must be paid in full before the session begins.
Home Services: Remaining balance is paid before service begins.
All payments must go directly to LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA company accounts.
Clients are not allowed to pay therapists directly.
Any payment made outside our official company accounts is at the client’s own risk and may not be recognized as valid payment for a booking.
Where applicable, payment confirmation may be required before a booking is finalized.
5. Deposits
All deposits are used to secure appointments, reserve time, and cover administrative and operational costs.
Deposits are subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, and forfeiture rules stated in our policies.
Deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Late cancellations or no-shows without communication for two weeks will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Clients may transfer booked services to another person if they are unable to attend.
Grace period of two weeks for rescheduling bookings before deposit is forfeited.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
Repeated cancellations, repeated no-shows, or abusive booking behavior may result in refusal of future bookings.
7. Voucher and Package Terms
Vouchers for unrendered services have a grace period of 1 month before they are forfeited.
Packages, special offers, promotional services, and vouchers may be subject to additional conditions, expiry periods, and restrictions communicated at the time of purchase or issue.
Vouchers and packages are not refundable unless expressly stated otherwise by LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA.
8. Client Hygiene and Health Disclosure
All health conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or sensitivities must be disclosed.
The spa may decline service if medical concerns pose a risk.
Clients are responsible for informing LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA of any relevant physical, medical, or emotional condition that may affect treatment suitability, comfort, safety, or outcome.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in service modification, refusal, or termination without refund.
9. Medical and Treatment Disclaimer
Our services are wellness and spa services and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
Clients understand that spa and wellness treatments may not be suitable for everyone, especially where there are underlying health concerns, recent injuries, pregnancy-related issues, skin conditions, allergies, or other sensitivities.
Clients are advised to seek independent medical advice where needed before booking or receiving treatment.
LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA does not guarantee specific medical, therapeutic, or cosmetic outcomes.
10. Client Readiness and Timekeeping
Clients must be fully prepared and ready at the scheduled appointment time.
Session timing begins immediately upon the therapist’s arrival, and any delay on the client’s part will be deducted from the booked treatment duration.
Late arrival by the client does not automatically extend the appointment time.
Where the delay significantly disrupts the schedule, the appointment may be shortened or treated as a missed session at the discretion of LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA.
11. Home Service Policy
Home services are strictly by appointment only.
50 percent deposit is required to secure booking.
Remaining balance is to be paid immediately before service begins.
All payments must go directly to the company account; clients are not allowed to make cash payments or transfers to therapists.
Clients must provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
Any harassment, unsafe behavior, or misconduct will result in immediate session termination without refund.
The spa reserves the right to cancel or discontinue service if safety is compromised.
Clients may transfer a booked service to another person if they cannot receive it themselves; the spa must be notified in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows without communication for two weeks will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Grace period of two weeks for rescheduling before deposit is forfeited.
Charges may apply depending on location and will be communicated before confirmation.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the home environment is suitable for the service requested.
12. Transportation and Location Charges
Charges may apply depending on location and will be communicated before confirmation.
Any transportation, travel, delivery, or location-related charges are separate from service fees unless otherwise stated.
Travel availability may depend on distance, safety, time, therapist assignment, and scheduling capacity.
13. Service Transfer
Clients may transfer booked services to another person if they are unable to attend.
Any transfer must be communicated to LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA in advance and is subject to confirmation and service suitability.
The original booking terms remain subject to company policy.
14. Refusal or Termination of Service
LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA reserves the right to refuse, suspend, shorten, or terminate any service without refund where any of the following applies:
- The client fails to disclose relevant health information.
- The environment is unsafe or unsuitable.
- The client behaves in a harassing, aggressive, abusive, intoxicated, inappropriate, or disruptive manner.
- The client violates these Terms & Conditions or our Policies.
- The therapist or business representative reasonably believes safety, professionalism, or service quality may be compromised.
- The client makes threats, attempts fraud, or uses abusive language.
Where service is terminated because of client conduct, any applicable deposit may be forfeited.
15. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to treat all staff, therapists, and representatives with courtesy and respect.
Unacceptable conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment, threats, sexual misconduct, offensive language, unsafe behavior, refusal to follow instructions, and interference with service delivery.
LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA reserves the right to take any necessary action to protect staff, clients, property, and service standards.
16. Personal Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own decisions before, during, and after treatment.
Clients must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to receive the service requested.
Clients agree that they will follow pre-treatment and post-treatment guidance given by LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA or the therapist.
Any failure to follow instructions, disclose conditions, or cooperate during treatment is the responsibility of the client.
17. Results and Expectations
Individual results may vary depending on the client’s body, condition, lifestyle, sensitivity, skin type, health status, and other factors.
LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA does not guarantee that all clients will experience the same results, outcomes, or benefits from any service, treatment, or product.
18. Products and Reactions
Where products are used during treatment, clients acknowledge that reactions may differ from person to person.
Clients must disclose known allergies, sensitivities, or previous reactions to products, oils, creams, scrubs, or related materials.
LEEDIA WELLNESS AND SPA is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or inaccurate client information.
19. Gift Cards, Vouchers, and Promotions
Vouchers for unrendered services have a grace period of 1 month before they are forfeited.
Promotions, discounts, bundles, and special offers may have separate terms, expiry dates, eligibility rules, and service limitations.
Promotional offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time where permitted by law and business policy.

You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully.
